Your business is greatly appreciated and I am very thankful for your understanding of these policies!



Cancellation Policy:

The treatments and services you select are reserved especially for you. Since I turn away other clients to hold your reservation, I have a firm 24 hour cancellation policy for all individual services. If you are unable to give 24 hour notice a cancellation or a “No-Show” after the first time, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit for any future reservations.

I realize that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life, but it can be difficult to fill appointment times within 24 hours. Thank you for your understanding.




Late arrivals:

I also understand that sometimes being late is out of your control. I will always do my best to accommodate late arrivals by preforming a shortened treatment possible in the time remaining. Full price will still be charged. In the event that a shortened service is not possible, a reschedule of your appointment may be required. Please plan accordingly and be sure to arrive on time.




Appointment Reminder:

I will always try my best to send reminders of your upcoming appointment. From time to time, especially during busy weeks, I am not always able to send these reminders. Please let me know if you need help remembering these appointments.




Guarantee Policy:

My goal is to provide my clients with the best service possible. Clear communication is encouraged through your consultation. If for any reason you are not happy with your service, you must let me know within five days, beginning the day of your appointment. Within this time I will rebook you in for a correction appointment at no charge to address any concerns with your service. If your feedback is after the five day period, I will still be happy to do my best to correct any issues, but will have to charge for this extra time and added service.
